Flux started with a simple frustration: every creative app has hundreds of shortcuts, and nobody can remember them all. Sticker sheets and printed keycaps only work for one program, one language and one layout.
So we put a display under the keys. The Flux Keyboard shows exactly what each key does in the app you're using, and changes the moment you switch.
What we care about
- Speed. Hall effect switches with adjustable actuation and a 1000 Hz polling rate, so the keyboard keeps up with you.
- Flexibility. Profiles for the tools you use, custom layouts for everything else, and modules that add dials and keys where you need them.
- Longevity. Hot-swap keyframes, a lift-out frame for cleaning and firmware that keeps improving through free Polymath updates.
